@frankraccoon.bsky.socialYeah I usually have light piano going when I sleep. My personal mantra that's helped my anxiety a lot is "don't get too upset about things outside my control." Rest is more important than worrying anyway, I won't be able to make things better if I don't sleep. Hope any of this helps!
