It's a secret .... there IS a money tree ... it's behind a locked door and they won't give you a key unless you know the secret handshake, password, pin number, and know how many pictures have a cat in them, and something else they won't tell us🤔.

It stands for "Opinion" ... as in "Quarterly Survey of Business Opinion"🤔.
