But when I got briefly recruited into WoW, I followed my friend through every dungeon as she steamrolled everything, b/c that was just how you got caught up to the "real" game

@kootiepatra.bsky.socialMost of the other paternally-inclined NPCs in canon aren't really enough older than Keimwyda for anyone to take it very literally. She'll rarely turn down experienced advice or support, but would prefer not to stick familial labels on it.
@kootiepatra.bsky.socialKeimwyda doesn't think of Edmont as a father, but she does genuinely appreciate him and occasionally seeks his advice. He's the official witness of her & Aymeric's courtship (i.e. he says "yes, invoke my name to ward off scandal, but you're both grown adults and I refuse to babysit you")
