As a wanderer, runner and a cyclist, and someone who just spent four years driving across N.America, you could substitute "Malibu" and "Pacific Coast" for practically any city/town on this continent bc too many people do not understand Newton's Three Laws, and (statistically speaking) don't care.

Photos that didn't make the wire:

"...The department also revoked credentials of reporters from the WSJ, NYT & Bloomberg to cover a G-20 [summit in NC]...Bessent has complained about all three news outlets’ coverage of him...Bessent called the FT a “disgraced publication” & accused them of being “anti-American.”

I accused one of being AI, and told it fuck off for insulting me. Got back four grafs of angry gibberish later that day about how it couldn't possibly be a bot bc...reasons.

I have PR people telling me they read my book and loved it. Problem is it's a photobook. There is literally nothing to read, it was self-pub'd and I never advertise.

"In defending the rule allowing stock gifts, the Treasury Dept contended that the policy would encourage many more donations, outweighing the additional risk/volatility. The govt said explicitly that strengthening ties b/t kids & particular corporations was part of the appeal to prospective donors."

Beginning to think I'm on some kind of "enemies list."

This is the logical evolution of things that used to be branded as "X-TREME."

"IDK what all the fuss is about. We burn our flag all the time to keep warm."

I just tried to get a COVID booster. The pharmacy said it would cost almost $300 without insurance. The pharmacist was shocked. I got the impression nobody without insurance had come through (yet). Shaking their head, the pharmacist asked, "Want me to cancel it?" "Yeah," I said with a sigh.
