@polypores.bsky.socialLast year I played a headline set at the Harmonicon Festival in Todmorden, organised by the lovely Resonance Calder crew. They've released the set on a gorgeous cassette edition, with digital bonus tracks from the event's live performances by other artists.
@polypores.bsky.socialIt was a really special event, I was hugely honoured to be asked to play. I spent months putting together a piece which started out as a simple drone, slowly gaining layers, and eventually polyrhythmic melodies/beats. It covered the spectrum of drone, rhythm, + repetition. It also made people dance.
