And the longer I avoid it, the more I fear it's making me lose touch with friends etc. Some of them I don't hear from much now - probably because I'm not as engaged with them.

Oh for sure, I don't to that anyway. I'm talking about leaving messages unread for weeks to a month, because I just can't face them. It's not so much that I'm on my phone constantly.

I have a device called a brick, which lets you lock certain apps for a while. But even after that, I've become so reluctant to look at my inboxes. I think I'm getting tech fatigue with my phone. It's definitely a love hate relationship at least 😅

I'm just so fatigued by even the thought of getting my phone out to respond to a message lately. It's definitely put me out of touch with people more and more, the longer I avoid it. But it's all so tiring, living in your phone like this everyday. Is it just me, or are others feeling this way?

I've become so bad at not responding to messages lately, even from friends and family. On top of work, writing etc. I don't have the energy for my inboxes or extra screen time. It's hard to opt out of this without isolating yourself, losing relationships or falling off radars. But...
