I know the comics community has felt the hit since the death of the bird site, but I'm seeing a glimmer of it ATM. Not just with Kickstarter stuff. But also talking to other creators at events about trying to rally around each other when we have projects to push.

This is my most hyped film of the year. I hate this doom headline culture before projects have even come out.

I had an amazing time chatting with Joe about legacy sequels, knowing when to come back to a project and the current comics landscape. To the point where I almost forgot to pitch my book.

I think my favourite repost on this campaign so far, was a screen shot with disco inferno playing.

I think if you were tabling, you could offset the cost. But without publisher / visa support, it's a risk.

I so feel this. Really want to try for NYCC but it's a hell of an expense.
