The sessions scheduled with the other members of the staff were about how he's doing personally. Simply put, Esme was his case worker and the others were involved as temp therapists.

He was a court-ordered stay so the doctor handling his case for the duration of his stay had to be Esme or Lud (because they know all the knitty gritty stuff to handle the legal part of the case's development).

In Esme's case, there's nothing forcing her to schedule her patient for sessions with Lud. The forensic part involves working with the court-ordered administration more than anything else, which Esme isn't expected to off-load on another colleague.

Typically, they want patients to be scheduled for at least one session with another member of the on-site staff. Then the treating doctor decides if more sessions with the same member or another one can be beneficial or not.

I never found the right spot in the pages to mention that but at the A.G.A it is encouraged to schedule your patients for sessions with other docs. On the staff side, it's a way to get second opinions. On the patient side, it's a chance to possibly find another professional the patient vibes with.

Allegedly, Dr. Iglesias is the smartest member of the asylum staff. Tina and Deena are, well, let's just be diplomatic and say that they're the Yang to her Yin.

The team is led by Doctor Eleanor Valentine Iglesias (Rabbit). Her assistants, Deena Kee (Dingo) and Tina Loch (Koala) are her "eyes" and "paws", gathering information about the asylum's needs and helping her with the more... manual parts of crafting new restraints.

That's why the Azure Glen Asylum has its own R&D department for restraint creation and customization.

In a world where there is no such thing as a standard body size or even body shape, there is a frequent need for custom-made restraints. Sometimes you just have to alter an existing model, other times you basically have to develop your own thing from scratch.
