@chucktowski.comThis is really well done. It sounded like an absolute mess of eligibility/ineligibility that I didn't even know was a thing for unions, and it poisoned it for a small studio. I wonder if it'd been more successful as a Microsoft wide effort, but the critical mass of numbers would have been difficult.
