@drerinmac.bsky.socialI feel it too, every day. I’ve been trying to spend less time online, meditate when I start spiraling (which gets easier the more I do it!) and work on art that is only for me. That said, it’s a constant battle. Just know you’re not alone and the future needs to know there were people like us.
