Tonight on Soho Radio, I'm paying tribute to the amazing musician, songwriter and producer Kashif Saleem, who passed away ten years ago.

I'll be playing two hours of music written, produced and/or performed by him 💃🏽

Tune in at 10pm (BST) via DAB, the Soho Radio app, or online at sohoradio.com

Text says 'Citizen Helene, Kashif Special. 22:00—00:00 BST, Thursday 1st October. Soho Radio'. Background is an 80s photo of Kashif, a Black man with short afro hair and a moustache. He is sat in the corner of a room lit red and blue, and wearing a bright blue shirt, black trousers and a pair of white high top Adidas Originals. He's sitting on a ledge with one foot up, looking like a cool, mysterious zaddy

We are beyond thrilled that @gruffrhys.bsky.social’s gorgeous album “Dim Probs” has been shortlisted for this year’s @welshmusicprize.bsky.social 🧡

Make sure to give this gem a listen if you haven’t already; and congratulations Gruff!
