@drjengunter.bsky.socialIt all started after she had Giardia earlier this year. She has always had a sensitive GI tract. No human food ever or diarrhea. Took ages to find the one food that worked. And since the Giardia and antibiotics she has had the dysbiosis from hell. Now on prescription Royal Canin too.
