Strength training and actively strengthening your wrists! Mobility is just as important and there are a ton of great resources for maintaining wrist mobility that you can do 1-2 times a day when you take breaks from drawing too. (From a former studio artist with tendonitis.) πŸ’š

I say this as a service employee - they should stop talking to serve you. The baristas and I are happy to stop yapping when a customer comes up - we can talk after/during food prep. It's rude to ignore the service part of the job in favour of a conversation.

I've been having a really hard time motivating myself to go to bed early, get up early, exercise etc. but I'm going to the gym tomorrow morning with my MOM. 🀣 I've hit that point in my adult life where I've circled from having gym buddies, to gym aloneys, to needing someone to keep me accountable.
