I would live for a good adaptation of the Bartimaeus trilogy.
While I've done cons and panels in the Before Times, this was the first time doing one of this scale and while promoting my own book no less. So thank you everyone who stopped by afterwards to say hi!
But also I love how horror fans/writers are often some of the sweetest people in the world.
Came home to hear stories of my four year old who spent the day at the amusement park as Rumi from Kpop Demon Hunters, and my heart is very full. Time is a circle, etc etc
Wonderful time at the #NYCC Modern Masters of Horror panel with a lot of incredible veterans of the genre. Delighted to have been a part of it. And to tell my story about being a 4 year old batgirl at the Halloween Pride Parade.

Watching cosplayers come out of New York taxis is a joy. #nycc
I'm hoping to walk around a bit before my panel so I'll keep an eye out!!
On my way to #NYCC. Look forward to seeing you all at the Modern Masters of Horror panel tommorrow! My city, I am coming.
