@absol.standingintheodds.comShoutout to @cilerba.com
for finding the spritesheet for me. She's apparently referred to as "woman_8"
My guess is that she's either leftover from testing/development or exists as an easter egg teaser for FireRed/LeafGreen!! We never really clearly see the R on her shirt in-game.
@absol.standingintheodds.comRealized on stream last night that an otherwise UNUSED NPC sprite shows up in the audience of the Hyper Rank and Master Rank contests in ONLY Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. Upon closer inspection, she appears to be a Team Rocket Grunt from Gold/Silver/Crystal???
@absol.standingintheodds.comNope! It's the regular Nutpea ereader Berry, which can be used for that but requires 4 players and over 100 pokeblocks

Motivated by my love of Pokemon and my desire to connect with other fans. Today, content creation is an industry, and we wouldn't be here without pioneers making things out of passion. I am the internet's cockroach. 🪳
@absol.standingintheodds.comIf all goes well with a little experiment, I'm going to stream some of my Ribbon Master journey today
