Stranded here on planet Earth It's not much but it could be worse ππΆπ΅π€
Was a bit curious- few of us will feel ancient going to these shows here ππ
could never imagine a crowd go so crazy for Opeth / Mikael...π€
Heard the couple of songs on Bandcamp , sounded very good π, ordered by copy straight away from the shed today π€

Lonely Robot - A Model Life
#progrock
that's right, but it's a band worth exploring, highly recommended.
@bicyclelegs.bsky.social did you get the new (presumably last) album of Lonely Robot ? I've just ordered my copy from @burningshed.com
Heard couple of songs on Bandcamp (idk why the full album isn't available for streaming ) and they're very good, has @mikestetter.bsky.social given it a listen yet ?
Thanks BL will try it out.
Both SW and Opeth shows had crowds largely within the age group of 20-25 yrs here and they were totally on the ball with the respective bands discographies etc -to my uttter surprise, but then most of newer bands do lack in similar depth and range imo.
Thrive for such situations π
Led Zepp also had an accomplished ( virtuoso) musician as their bass n keyboard player - JPJones, but there are a few bands who are trying to justify their existence with a makeshift bass player π
Citrus fruits like Tangerine are always better than thick- skinned apples , the latter always a bit hard to digest π
How does Gavin Harrisson compare with Bonzo ?
Alright thanks DM.
Gen Z are kids born post year 2000 and no I'm.not following this one , should I ?
Question :- Is Gen Z or subsequent generation(s) really interested in prog / prog rock or are we the last prog inclined generation ? Are there any new and interesting prog/prog rock/ prog metal bands on the horizon or do we have to be content with watching ageing proggers ?
