Good news! As I walked into the vet this morning, I was told that the claim was pre-approved! So I will only have to pay if it goes over our remaining allowance for the year, which is around £1,200. Bro had a couple of tooth extractions go wrong earlier this year and used up a lot of our budget ^^;

4 years of this bullshit and not once have they discussed bone marrow transplant I just found out because I asked about it It's never been discussed And I'm ineligible because I am undiagnosed. But I can't be diagnosed. I'm patient 0. And we can't find the cause. We can't make a new diagnosis.

I am starting the discussion. I am 32 years old. Is it 3 unit blood transfusions every 2 weeks for the rest of my life, or we try a high-risk procedure now. And do I need to go private because of the bureaucracy of it all? Anyone got £350,000 lying around? Now to wait while it is discussed 🫠

I have found myself struggling to go home from walkies because of the things I have to do when I'm going home and knowing how stacked this week is. I am taking the pressure off myself to stream to try lessen the dead procrastination!

Back in the health mines this week with 5 appointments for me and 1 for my dog, so might not be able to stream during the week. Tomorrow is unlikely, too ❤️ I do wanna stream today but we all know how it goes - we take it as it comes! So hopefully, lil stream this afternoon ❤️
