They also make excellent lizard food if not grown on nightshade family plants

The BIGGEST giant CRAYFISH (Astacopsis gouldi) I recorded during my PhD study of the species measured 214 mm Carapace length or CPL (caught by Mr Ray Wescombe pictured here) My friend Todd Walsh (who studies them now) reported one measuring 222 mm CPL!
