He was shot in the neck.
If the bullet moved & hit his spinal cord, it could have paralyzed him for life.

Has the government ever made a mistake before? What if they hit the wrong person? What if the bullet goes through the car and hits a bystander?

ICE agents were dressed as construction workers & trying to detain 28-year-old Oscar Belgal at 4 p.m. on Thursday when agents opened fire, striking him in the neck in the Marble Hill neighborhood of New York City.
