@malena.bsky.socialAbsolute horror!
The father was trying to get his child back from the moment
she was separated from her mother
The department of Homeland security stalled and caused the child to be molested!
Despicable negligence!
#ICELawlessness
@malena.bsky.socialStop #ICELawlessness !
@malena.bsky.social100%
It's soooooooo despicable!
And it does make me wonder if they're not trying to incite us.
Obviously, they are. They're shooting people and running people down!
Trump doesn't even need to vocalize the command, there are zealots in #ICE that want to see martial law happen. #ICELAWLESSNESS

Trump & his thugs think no one has any rights. But, our Constitution gives us the right to due process, no matter who we are.
I'm volunteering for Democratic candidates who fight for the Constitution & rule of law.

@malena.bsky.socialI didn't read the article, but I saw tiktok about it.
It's absolutely abhorrent!

The fact that #ICE didn't call an ambulance for Oscar Belgal is so disgraceful.
He was shot in the neck.
If the bullet moved & hit his spinal cord, it could have paralyzed him for life.
And the way that they carried him is so dehumanizing.
#ICELawlessness
@malena.bsky.socialIt doesn't matter what they say. What matters is that we don't let them claim ignorance, like post WWII Germans did, because we told them.
Shed light on #IceLawlessness & don't worry about their reaction.
Please, do what's right & speak out.
It's our obligation to not be silently complicit.
@malena.bsky.socialThe fact that the Supreme Court is allowing this utter #ICELawlessness is disgraceful!
They have no idea who's in that car and they just shoot into it.
In the middle of the day in the middle of the city, where kids were present!
@malena.bsky.socialEach and every one of us need to step up.
Talk to your friends and family and make sure they know what's going on.
Talk to your friends who are at risk and let them know what's going on and how they can protect themselves from #ICELawlessness
Video video video!

The Dumbfk of Homeland Security is lying his redneck off as he explains why Oscar Belgal was whisked out of the hospital right after being shot in the neck.
He is being disappeared.
The government refuses to tell us where they have taken him & why.
#ICELawlessness
@malena.bsky.socialWe cannot let this administration continue to lie about what's going on.
Make sure that your neighbors know exactly what's happening. Maybe they're completely heartless and don't give a sht, butthat doesn't mean you shouldn't put this in front of their face & try to get through.

ICE agents were dressed as construction workers & trying to detain 28-year-old Oscar Belgal at 4 p.m. on Thursday when agents opened fire, striking him in the neck in the Marble Hill neighborhood of New York City.
@malena.bsky.socialWe have several things.
Reining #ICELawlessness& Trump corruption as well as corruption throughout the entire administration, protecting and possibly restoring health care, stopping the tariffs, stopping the appointment as more extremist judges, protecting women's rights, and national security.
@malena.bsky.social12 US Citizens have been deported!
Insanity!
If one person doesn't have do process, then nobody has due process. Because in the case of Brian Josรฉ Morales Garcia, he tried to show his documentation & they wouldn't let him. He had no due process & they deported him after 4 days.

@malena.bsky.socialI am so grateful to all of those who went out to take a stand for our friends and neighbors who are being brutalized by this administration and #ICELawlessness
The
#CostOfTrumpsCorruption is destroying our communities.
@malena.bsky.socialProtest, register voters, donate to immigrant action orgs & Democratic candidates or any of the things below.
You can make a difference!
@malena.bsky.socialIf one group has their rights stripped away, then none of us have rights.
The government can just say we're immigrants, brutalize us & deny us due process or miranda rights.
Any citizen can be accused of being an immigrant, and denied our rights, too!
