@hoanssolo.bsky.socialWhat often gets lost in the public discourse on interceptor shortages is that, doctrinally, ground-based air defenses were only ever one component of a broader air defense approach, meant to absorb the initial set of barrages while air and naval power destroyed the launchers etc.
