These two are going to fight each other to the death, it's only a matter of time
oh man
Meanwhile, Eric Adams was spotted at a cockfight in the basement of a house in Staten Island
So to recap: 1. Advocate for lunatic conspiracy theories 2. Almost melts down from nervousness at first briefing 3. Turns out she's been lying about being a lawyer I figure it'll take one or two more bad stories before she resigns to spend more time with her family.
It's mostly just him bitching about how bad the environment is for Rs and how he's not getting the support he needs. So maybe he'd want to unlock more money from the national party and big donors? Who knows.
Yet another issue where the only reasonable position is "everybody goes to jail." Anything less is incompatible with the rule of law.
Billions of dollars’ worth of contracts predicting oil would fall and the S&P 500 would rise were placed about 15 minutes before Trump announced a U-turn on Iran in a post on Truth Social. CFTC staff began to investigate...then were told to lay off. www.bloomberg.com/news/feature...
Deep cut
At some point, enough of these secret recordings of Ken Paxton get leaked that the hypothesis that the one leaking the secret recordings is Ken Paxton himself begins to look quite plausible
And all it took was 30 years of Republicans causing a recession, Democrats cleaning up the mess, Republicans causing another recession, Democrats cleaning up the mess, Republicans causing another recession...and high gas prices.
When things are going very well for you and your party
Man, Joe Biden is gonna have to answer for this
Whaddya know, Dems, you can answer a question about trans people by 1) standing on principle, 2) turning it into an attack on Republicans, and 3) not acting like a sniveling coward. It's not that hard!
It's understandable that she's nervous - this is big step up from being an on-air contributor to NewsGrift TV or whatever it was. But she really needs to work on the seething hatred for the news media and democracy itself that made Leavitt so effective.
I don't get it. How is William Lawrence going to accomplish this? Will he use mind control to turn, say, Jim Jordan into another AOC? One bright spot in the deluge of Musk's money is that he is clearly making all the strategic decisions himself, which is good because he's a moron.
It's really remarkable how in race after race, Republicans are saddled with the worst candidates imaginable - Paxton, Whatley, Husted, Rogers, Marshall, Moody, M. Collins, Graham... Some of them may win, but my god what a collection of losers, crooks, and dumbasses
I guarantee you, Husted would have given anything to not have Trump come campaign for him, but he couldn't say no. Then he had to stand there smiling and laughing at Trump's weird jokes while his campaign went down the tubes.
Just remembering that Melania Trump got a green card on an EB-1 visa, aka the "Einstein visa," reserved for a small number of people with extraordinary talent and renown - Olympic athletes, globally recognized scholars, etc. Then she chain-migrated her parents too.
Uh-oh, it "raises serious questions," stand back
“One might even ask what took them this long to stage the first federally produced snuff film of the modern era, since today’s conservative movement is absolutely saturated in violence — encouraging it, glorifying it, and from time to time, committing it.“ By Paul Waldman
Just thinking about this as the state harasses Ilhan Omar over 40 year old paperwork.
