Cc @glynbowerman.bsky.social At some point, and this is WAY overdue, progressives need to begin calling out Toronto’s BIAs, with a few exceptions (Annex), for their staunch anti-urban defense of street parking. The urban left still views BIAs as benign and public spirited, and they’re just not.
