Announced this morning, @cycletoronto.bsky.social is seeking leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada
We haven't been talking about the legal case, but we've been pretty loud fighting this on a political level these past weeks.

Rays v Brewers World Series gonna hit different heading into a lockout over little market teams having no shot ☠️
Rays/Brewers World Series followed by a lockout talking about how small market teams can’t compete will drive me so crazy I’m making myself crazy thinking about it now
Does a Brewers v. Rays World Series result in baseball avoiding a lockout?

NYC has lots of carrots and not enough sticks — because "It's miserable to drive" is clearly not a big enough stick. Expand congestion pricing and paid parking, build LTNs, implement ULEZ and ZEZ... it all has to be on the table for when the political tide turns.
In a world of carrots and sticks, congestion pricing is a goddamn tree trunk.
I think about carrots and sticks a lot.
No, it's the twitchiness of me riding with one handed and a bit of weight up front.
The Brewers failed to secure the victory in this series back on August 2nd.
Thank you for your sacrifice.
