day 3 of no energy drinks

this has lived in my head for a week and I gotta let it out

as far as i know ive never been allergic to any fruits, though some times things like pineapple or mango sting a bit to eat but i was told that was normal some times? as far as weed goes i had that one bad reaction and just started to avoid it all together at that point.

Pens/deta seams to be fine? I even used deta for a bit myself and was fine. It seems to be actual flower that causes my anxiety to spike and feel the panic set in. I've only had a bad reaction once when I actually tried to smoke weed myself.

I know there was at least one time this happened when I was talking to someone who I had just met for the first time and I still feel bad and can't remember if I got to around to explaining it to you....

I forgot to say this earlier, but sorry to anyone at detour who I may have been in mid conversation with and just said something like "I gotta dip real quick" I mostly likely caught the smell of someone smoking weed nearby and needed to get fresh air out of fear of allergic reactions to it 😞
