So army regulation 190-55 states clearly that no recording device may be present at an execution, and no person under age 18 may witness it. The constitution bans cruel and inhumane punishment. What Hegseth wants to do is clearly illegal. Bureau of Prisons ban public executions. 1/2

JUST IN: Magistrate Judge Enjoliqué Lett allows BBC to serve subpoenas on Don Jr., Ivanka & Jared in Trump's lawsuit over editing of 2020 election documentary. BBC said ordinary service methods were frustrated by Secret Service. Now can serve by certified mail & through counsel.

Trump's suit appears to be part of Jos. A. Bank's Traveler line. The suit is listed as having been made abroad using a wool-polyester-spandex blend. The company describes it as having the "ultimate stretch" and was designed to minimize body odor.
