Welp. I lost my Apple Pencil at the airport in the security line 😢 RIP little friend, you were so good to me for over 7 years and helped me draw so many things… I’ve been considering getting a new iPad anyway so I guess it is time to finally pull the trigger with that and a new Pencil.

what in the fuck is going on

Sid started playing Claire Obscur: Expedition 33 and it is actually really great for French practice even if they are playing in English! All the enemy names are in French and we are learning important things like swear words 😆

We saw a map of all the different lines and where the trains go, and did a little exercise about what lines to take in order to see certain monuments 😊

Oh hell yeah!! 👏 That is one of the panels Sid and I wanted to go to!

We learned the French alphabet and numbers in class today 😂 finally some basics. Also info about the Paris metro, which is quite handy. Still barely keeping my head above water but surviving 👍

Merci beaucoup! 💪

We are about to start our second week of learning French. Très difficile 😵‍💫 The class is fully immersive, and we just have to do our best to understand everything with context clues. I’m surprised at how much I can understand from similarities in English. The pronunciation is what gets me tho.
