As for much of this summer & l fall, Saskatoon #yxe was overcapacity despite Saskatchewan’s extremely low rates of respiratory disease as measured in the viral loads in 💩.
For COVID, only Battleford (Low) & Regina (Moderate) reported any COVID in 💩 in the week transitioning September to October. 2/
Awaiting today’s 4-week Saskatchewan respiratory disease (CRISP) report, Saskatoon #yxe hospitals well over acute adult capacity yesterday at midday.
59 pts admitted, but no bed, housed in ERs. ICUs over capacity, as were Medicine, Mental Health, & Pediatrics. 1/
On a happier note - Cosmos & Zinnias still blooming in my October garden! #gardensky #joy #yxe
