This was always going to end in pure chaos.
I generally support 8-plex + densification but have always believed the shotgun approach was unnecessarily disruptive, and does not lead to good city building.
If it was targeted to specific areas I believe we wouldn’t be in this pickle.
My neighbors hired a “landscaper” to trim their tree and now I have to look at his handiwork.
