--enable ALL turns on every rule, --fix now sorts keys with their comments and fixes truthy casing, and indentation matches yamllint.

A workflow of ours broke on a colon. In YAML, run: echo "status: ok" is a parse error: an unquoted value can't hold a colon and a space, inner quotes or not. In a list, - Note: text quietly becomes a mapping. Quote the whole value, or use run: | #YAML #GitHubActions
