No, NIST never said that one single charge was sufficient to bring down #wtc7. They made simulations to get a better understanding what could be the minimum charge and then investigated what marks that would leave. Even the smallest charge (4 kg explosives) would have needed weeks of preparation

Yes, that's exactly what I said. The (visible) collapse of #wtc7 starts with the eastern penthouse. Seven seconds later both penthouses are gone, and then the facade starts to move. The third screenshot shows how the roofline has become distorted, too. Why do you think that is "instantaneous"?

Yes, that was filmed BEFORE WTC 1 (the north tower) collapsed. The actual damage to #wtc7 is therefore still to come.

Okay, shortly after the dust settled after the collapse of WTC 1, firefighters discovered a huge gap in #wtc7. Other firefighters noticed a bulge. Which means: this building is severely damaged, presumably beyond repair. And it is probably structurally unsafe and in danger of collapse.

And there's another issue: I did not find a similar demo video. They all show a different collapse progress, and you can always see and head the detonations. (Which is another killer for controlled demolition theories.)

Been there, done that. A controlled demolition would have moved the whole top at once, but as you can see, #wtc7 collapse began on the inside. The left penthouse and below collapsed first, you can see blue sky through the upper windows and lower windows are broken.

It was no controlled demolition. Explosive agents make a very, very loud bang. And there was no such noise when #wtc7 collapsed. That's why conspiracy terrorists fantasize about mini nukes, high energy beams or top secret "explosives".
