@johnbartolomeo.bsky.socialWe're up to a 25 minute wait time to get ro #WSIB reception. Maybe getting rid of over a tenth of staff was not a good idea. Maybe an office in Sudbury or Thunder Bay to handle calls would be a good idea.

@johnbartolomeo.bsky.socialAccidentally disconnected from the call 10 minutes in. Things haven't gotten faster. Another 15 minute wait to talk to #WSIB staff. Maybe terminating all that staff wasn't a good idea.
@johnbartolomeo.bsky.socialAnother #WSIB 15 minute wait time to speak with someone. The messages pre warn of "unusually long" wait times. I don't think it has anything to do with call volume but the termination of hundreds of staff.
