Daytime scene on a sidewalk in a lively section of an entrepreneurial City, looking for lunch in all the wrong places -- for instance, the closed and empty buffet Halal restaurant in the foreground of the scene; a massive poster in the vacated space's window depicts lovely color photos of the marvelous cuisines with rice, kebabs, breads and more; the poster advertises an "all you can eat buffet" for its Iftar special for breaking the Ramadan fast in the adhan of the Maghrib prayer; there are many other papers plastered on the windows, including a notice that the establishment has been closed by the health department, as well as an old campaign poster for the current mayor with the slogan "For a New York you can afford"; a big orange traffic cone sits in front of the restaurant storefront to warn pedestrians of the cellar sidewalk door being open -- lest people fall and get hurt.
