Their fingers are longer than a normal person's would be, just enough to be uncanny. The have unnatural neck muscles down the sides of their neck, attached to the collarbones, and a pronounced Adam's apple. Their chin is slightly lifted up, thin black lips parted in a smile, revealing two little snake like fangs. Their nose is flat and wide, and they are breathing in weaves of One Power, which has turned their eyes vibrant greenish yellow, with clear bright veins surrounding thin black slits for pupils. Similar veins spread out from the eyes, going around scales on its cheeks and nose. The face portrays odd pleasure. They have a thick brow with no eyebrows, and very round and pronounced cheekbones with deeply hollow cheeks. Their hairline is an almost perfect arch on top of their head, with long black slick and straight hair hanging down behind him. One visible ear has a little point to it. They seem to be naked, their skin covered in scales. A sickly yellow light hits them from above, lighting their face and collarbone and partially their hands, as well. The background is shades of a deep and rich blue, with a faint blue aura around the being's head. The bottom right corner has the artist's signature and the year 2023.

I didn't have good ideas for that prompt and ended up basically redrawing the last year"veil" art, but worse. Pretty embarrassed.
