The closest she gets to having a father figure is with Y'rhul Nunh, he's the one who enabled Lomasi to come to Eorzea in the first place, and had supported and taught her much over the years she was in Sharlayan proper.
The first such thing was to read and write!

And image of Lomasi's first time in Limsa Lominsa, Y'rhul Nunh is observing the awe struck Hhetsarro

Anggir is pictured speaking to Lirelle, though Lirelle looks off into the distance, noticing a familiar individual, her lip is agape, as if she saw a ghostLomasi is pictured walking among a group of the scions, to either flank is Krile and Y'shtola, while lagging behind are the Leveilleur twins. Lomasi is glancing as Y'shtola, who speaks to her.To Anggir's surprise Lirelle turns heel and tries to exit the scene before Lomasi notices her in kind, she isn't mentally prepared to face her just yet.To no avail however, Lomasi has stopped dead in her tracks, gazing at the fleeing woman with a similarly taken aback expression. It's no wonder that she runs, perhaps, they had been together for a decade, and overnight Lomasi vanished with no word of farewell. Just to reappear nearly half a decade after she had left Sharlayan behind, again with no words of warning. Y'shtola and Krile turn to gaze upon Lomasi, unaware of why anyone bar an imperial would react in such a way to the Warrior of Light

Alchemist, Culinarian, Goldsmith, Botanist, and Miner are the ones she canonically dabbles in.
Botany and Culinarian she's learned early on, more as a means of survival given she was an orphan with very little means.
Being recourseful was mandatory for her at that time.
