Can't remember the last time I baked wholemeal sourdough.

This was 50% wholemeal and 50% strong bread flour. A bit dense and little oven spring.

Sourdough boule. Bit of an ear, but generally not an impressive specimen. Cut to show the crumb. Brown from the wholemeal, close crumb from the wholemeal and only a few larger inclusions.Making a cheese and sweet pickle sandwich.
