Finish is smooth! Buttery apple crumble with custard! a lil marmalade still hides in there too thats a great compliment for the dram, theres the smoke to boot but almost like burnt rosemary it works really well! i like this alot!!

On the palate the 21 moves into a realm of its own! its like marmalade, and summer fruits, its a mix of the jam on toast and the caramelised oranges from earlier drams!! @thewhiskywire.bsky.social this is a banger!

Here we GO!! the Benromach 21 year old! On the nose this is a beauty, its very wood forward and has that orange like note again alongside a little smoke and christmas cake hiding in there

the 15 finish is quite long, theres smoke, theres spincy ginger warmth and theres a dryness thats good, but still has the fruity notes throughout!

On the Palate the 15 has changed direction slightly, now im getting apples and ginger, kinda like apple pie actually, its still holding the toffee notes and the smoke sticks with it. very well balanced!

The 15 is up now! On the nose i get toffee, oranges again and that little bit of smoke, this smells superb! theres another note there i dont know but do know lol whats that, is it tea?

on the palate im getting oranges and an earthy kick of pepper, then theres a sweetness to it too, im getting a herby note too, a little funky!

on the palate its smooth as you like but with a lil spice kicker almost like lemon and ginger and there is a lovely smoke kick in that too, it ends super fruity, a lovely taste of brambles and blackcurrant very tasty!

Benromach Contrasts Bordeaux finish, a lovely colour on this one!! on the nose its a mix of seasons, u get winter spices and summer fruits, this smells like jam on toast on a winters morning!
