Another morning of #Volunteering this morning in Barrow Park leading my @ramblers.org.uk #WellbeingWalk

The weather was kind and I handed out flyers for the Age Friendly Festival too.

Decided that I needed a better First Aid Kit for my #WellbeingWalk around Barrow Park. Hopefully I won’t need it, but better to be prepared as autumn has arrived early and we could be in for a stormy winter.
