Happy #WalksOnWednesday! Walking near us is about to get easier, but might currently be a little challenging - watch your step if approaching the Revere House from North Street this week!

A rounded point of a wide brick sidewalk bordering a triangular park area near an urban intersection is mid-reconstruction. Orange cones block off a currently dirt filled around framed with wood, presumably in anticipation of a future concrete pour. Bright yellow foliage on nearby trees stand out against a bright blue sky.

One of our favorite views (can you spot Faneuil Hall?) for #WalksOnWednesday.

View down a slightly curved urban street at twilight towards sky scrapers in the background.

We’ve outsourced our #WalksOnWednesday with some fun #NorthEnd neighborhood content! www.facebook.com/share/r/1d6W...

Hi Larry! We already hosted today’s special event for conference attendees. That was a one time tour. Our #WalksOnWednesday posts are weekly glimpses into our usual routines and special events happening in our #NorthEnd neighborhood (very occasionally further afield pics pop up!)

We had so much fun hosting an @aaslh.org/ @ncph.bsky.social conference tour this morning, we forgot to take any pics! So this courtyard image will have to serve as our #WalksOnWednesday invite to all #WorkOfRevolution conference attendees to show your badge for FREE admission through Sunday 9/21!

Sunny brick courtyard between a wooden and a brick historic house intermixed with raised herb garden beds and a pear tree.

Happy #WalksOnWednesday from the “front” of our Visitor Center, 5 & 6 Lathrop Place as it get its first fresh coat of paint in 16 years (since we stabilized the exterior of the adjoining two family houses in 2010.) Southeastern Painters always do great work at our site!

Front of a light gray clapboarded structure with two different looking front doors next to each other. The exterior is actively being painted by a man in a neon t-shirt up on a ladder at the height of the second story windows. Left side of the front of a three story wooden building in the process of being prepared for painting on the light gray clapboards. A painter in a bright neon t-shirt is working up on a ladder leaning against a fire escape in front of two second floor windows.
