Something as simple as notifications alerting users visually and with audio can enhance the user experience for #Deaf and #VisuallyImpaired people.

Normally, #AltText is used to describe what is taking place in an image to assist #VisuallyImpaired users.

However, when an image is a link, this needs to provide a screen reader with the direction that the link will take the user on through a site.
