The seal in the center is painted red and blue with the lower quadrant left quadrant blue and the rest red. The unicorn is rampant on the right of the seal and a lion is rampant on the left. There is a knight's helmet over the seal. The inscription around the seal says "Honi soit qui mal y pense" and on two banners beneath the seal (on which the lion and unicorn are standing "Dieu et mon droit". Two other seals on either side of the window are also visible.
