Cassandra Wilson’s “Jump World” (1990) is a great example of the Mbase crew from that period. I like this album for different reasons than I did when I got it in 1990. It’s interesting right down to the liner notes affirming #Jazz as Black music. #JazzSky #VinylRecordCollection.

#CassandraWilson ‘s “Days Aweigh” (1987) still feels like a masterpiece after all of these years. “Subatomic Blues” is now a masterful and timeless classic. #VinylRecordCollection #JazzSky
