Tangy finish with round tannins and tangy cherries. This is a delicious Bordeaux blend from Napa Valley. Rich and fruit forward. Elegant and nicely balanced, complex and engaging. Still young, and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly, but already enjoyable even by itself. Showing good structure, and will continue to age nicely in the next 15 years. Showing good potential to become a 94 point wine. A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak. Dry on the palate with nice complexity and a great mouthfeel. Showing black currants, black plums, blackberries, dried figs, dark chocolates, raisins, peppercorn, licorice, light earth, herbs, light tar, tobacco leaf and light barnyard. Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries. This 22 year old Bordeaux blend from Napa Valley is drinking beautifully now. Rich and fruit forward, very complex and entertaining. A fantastic wine. Drinking at its peak now, and will continue to do so in the next 5 years. Wine Spectator 93 points. Wine Advocate 97 points. The high alcohol is well integrated by now. Elegant, and a great sipping wine. Paired beautifully with my delicious American Wagyu steak. A blend of 59% cabernet sauvignon, 22% merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petit Verdot. Long finish with soft tannins and tangy cherries. This 8 year old Bordeaux blend from Israel is still drinking very nicely, although at the end of the peak. soft and easy drinking, elegant and rich. Fruit forward with great complexity, especially on the nose. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Feels like a California Bordeaux blend. Very interesting. Good right out of the bottle, and better after 30 minutes of airtime. I had this vintage 6 years ago, and it is drinking much better now. Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food. Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy pomegranates. This is a very tasty Cabernet Sauvignon based Bordeaux blend from Napa Valley. Complex and interesting, spicy and tangy. Still young and needs 5 to 7 years in the bottle to mature properly. Feels like a Right Bank Bordeaux, at this point. Easy drinking, and a good sipping wine that also paired nicely with my chicken kebab. This is a delicious Pinot Noir from Russian River Valley in California. Rich, and not too fruity, smooth and soft. Already drinking beautifully, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years. This Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is complex, elegant and nicely balanced. Feels like an old world Pinot. A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with food. 100% Pinot Noir grapes were aged for 15 months in (40% new) French oak barrels. Good right out of the bottle, and better after 90 minutes in the decanter. This 10 year old unique Syrah blend, is drinking very nicely now, and drinking at its peak. I had this vintage 7 years ago, and it is drinking so much better now. A great sipping wine that paired nicely with food too. A blend of 76% Syrah, 12% Tannant and 12% Malbec. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Kosher and not Mevushal. 14.5% alcohol by volume. 91 points. $50 (current vintage).

Full-bodied and bold with medium acidity and long legs. Dry on the palate and very fruity, with a beautiful nose. Showing black currants, plums, cooked cherries, spices, coffee, cedar, licorice, chocolates, light earth, herbs and pencil lead. Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries. This 5 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is starting to drink beautifully now. Spicy and entertaining. Still very young, and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Will continue to age nicely in the next 20 years. Has good potential to become a 95+ point wine. This is the same wine that won the Judgment of Paris in 1976, 48 vintages later. This Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is very rich, and 'in your face' kind of wine. Complex, opulent and elegant. Wine Enthusiasts 96 points. Robert Parker 95 points. Good by itself as a sipping wine, and also paired nicely with my steak frites. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged in all new French oak barrels for 21 months. 14.8% alcohol by volume. 93 points. $250.

I've had a few vintages of this wine and it is very consistent. Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. A blend of 40% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre and 30% Syrah. Long finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries. This gorgeous 13 year old Cabernet Franc based Bordeaux blend from Coombsville in Napa Valley is drinking at its peak now. Rich, extracted and 'in your face' kind of wine. Nicely balanced and very complex. The Carmenere is very dominant right now, and it feels more like a Napa Merlot. Will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 to 7 years. Delicious right out of the bottle, and even better after 45 minutes of airtime. A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with food. Opus One 2022, Napa Valley, California Dark ruby in color with a wide purplish rim. Earthy nose and medium plus in body with medium plus acidity. Dry on the palate with nice complexity. Showing red and black fruits with cedar, earth, tobacco leaf, herbs, peppercorn, mediterranean spices and chocolate notes. Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and raspberries. This Bordeaux blend from Napa Valley is extremely young and needs 10 years in the bottle to mature properly. Elegant and fruit forward, yet restrained. I've had many different vintages of this wine, but never had it so young. Not as powerful as some other vintages, but already complex and nicely balanced. Feels like a good quality Left Bank Bordeaux, and will continue to age nicely, and get better in the next 20 years. Robert Parker 95 points. Wine Spectator 92 points. A good sipping wine that will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak. A blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot and 1% Malbec. Iron Horse Vineyards North Block Pinot Noir 2023, Green Valley, California Purplish in color with light intensity. Medium bodied with medium acidity, and dry on the palate with nice complexity. Showing cherries, currants, chocolates, light wood, tobacco and spices Long finish with soft tannins and tangy cherries. This Single Vineyard Pinot Noir from Russian River Valley is still young, but already enjoyable even by itself. Soft and elegant, fruit forward and complex. Nicely balanced, spicy and entertaining. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years and see how it evolves. Wine Enthusiasts 92 points.
