Optimizations to Morrigan's corner 1 bar route after realizing I can DP > EX DP without chance of accidental supers by doing 623X > 23XX

crazy value for 1 bar on top of wild meter economy as this would probably build most of the meter back if I could test w/o full meter lol

there's better damage to be had tho as her HK lariat is her highest damaging special and air command grab doesn't cancel into EX moves
