Big thanks to #VHI ambassadors and local volunteers at Wexford Racecourse #Parkrun today. Two other highlights. Firstly, my granddaughter investigated the finish bell. Secondly, David Gillick, Irish & European 400m champion, ran 50 metres with me!

Today was a good day. My return to Wexford Racecourse Parkrun after being sidelined for nine weeks.
Apart from the running (and some walking) I enjoyed nice chats along the way. More next week.
