Last of the zucchini. Grated zuchs, carrots and baked sweet potatoes. Add garlic, chopped jalapeño peppers, salt, peppers, cilantro and a bit of flour and one eggs. Mix well. Make patties and fried in olive oil (very little) in cast iron pan. Delicious. #foodporn #zucchini #veggies
