U.S. 10-year Treasury yield was around these levels in mid May 2002. From there Nasdaq fell about 17% over the following 6 weeks. But inflation was 1.2–1.6% and oil $25–30. Now inflation≈3.4%, oil above $100. Yet equities are at ATH. Would seem the investors are also at ATH!
