#HALLOWEEN
Damn, I can’t believe that the origins of witches riding brooms was because a bunch of weirdos panicked over some women masturbating.
Good thing we have progressed as a society since.

psa: draw these cuties, Not Rowling shit!

Ursula was about to do the ancient witch tradition of dancing around a stick (broom, pitchfork, farm/house keeping utensil, or in this case a monstrous dildo), apply special ointment, and then rub it between her legs to ensure a good harvest.

According to what I read, that’s a real thing they did. No, I don’t care IF I might have been tricked by a sensationalist article because I want this to be a thing we do from now on.

“Witches were almost always portrayed naked until the 1900s“ the other thing that I consider drawing… maybe next year… I think Eda Clawthorn would fit.

“The broom was a symbol of female domesticity, yet the broom was also phallic, so riding on one was a symbol of female sexuality, thus femininity and domesticity gone wild.” The inspiration behind this piece.I personally prefer her with blue hair, but I understand liking red more… BUT I want to believe we ALL agree she looks CUTE in her pajamas.

I really like the show, though my favorite witches are Sucy Manbavaran, Diane Cavendish, and Amanda O'Neill, in that order, today, tomorrow might be different.

Even though I like those girls more (just slightly, let’s be honest ALL characters are likable, let me indulge), and wanted to draw them, they’re minors, so I really didn’t feel like posting them even in a sfw scenario.
I’m saying this because the 26 drawing felt off even though I made her an adult in a non sexual context.
Idk I might need to process these feelings/thoughts until I have a clearer answer on how I will handle canonically minor characters here.
