I’ve been waiting all day for UPS to deliver a package to me. At first it said by 9 PM. Then it said between 2 PM and 4 PM. It is now 7:30 PM and it’s still saying between 2 PM and 4 PM. That was hours ago. And of course, their AI based BS chat feature is no help. #upssucks
