Looking straight upward inside Upper Antelope Canyon, where smooth orange sandstone walls curve around a narrow opening to the sky. Sunlight catches the layered rock while a piece of weathered wood and tangled vegetation is wedged high above between the canyon walls.Dramatic upward view inside Upper Antelope Canyon. A narrow opening overhead floods brilliant sunlight onto sweeping, ribbon-like sandstone formations, creating glowing orange highlights surrounded by deep reddish-brown shadows.Looking toward the sky from deep inside Upper Antelope Canyon, with brilliant sunlight illuminating flowing layers of orange sandstone. Smooth, wave-like walls twist and overlap around the opening, contrasting sharply with the dark canyon walls in the foreground.
